What this app does

indexalo-ai is a marketing dashboard. Account owners connect their own third-party data sources — Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads — so their reporting data can be viewed in one place.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide when signing in (name, email).
• When you connect a data source, an OAuth access/refresh token that lets us fetch your reporting data from that provider on your behalf. This token is encrypted at rest and never shown to us or any other user in plain text.
• The reporting data itself (e.g. sessions, ad spend, clicks, search queries) that the connected provider returns for the properties/accounts you explicitly select.

How we use it

Solely to display your own connected accounts' reporting data back to you inside this app, and — if you use the AI assistant feature — to answer your questions about that data. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

Disconnecting a data source pauses syncing but keeps your prior selection and sync history so reconnecting resumes rather than starting over. To request full deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us using the details below.

Third-party providers

Your use of each connected provider (Google, Meta) is also governed by that provider's own privacy policy and terms. Revoking this app's access from your Google or Meta account settings stops all future data access immediately.
